Platform · Voicemail Drop
Leave the right voicemail—every time, automatically
Most outbound calls reach voicemail. Instead of hanging up or leaving a rambling message, Revenue Relay waits for the beep and drops a prepared message—spoken in the agent's voice or played from your own recording—then frees the line for the next call.

The problem: voicemail eats the day
Reps spend a large share of dialing time listening to greetings and re-recording the same message. Messages drift in quality, get cut off, or never get left at all—so a call that reached the right inbox produces nothing.
- Time lost waiting through greetings and beeps
- Inconsistent, off-brand or rambling messages
- Calls that reach voicemail end with no touch at all
How it works
Turn on Voicemail drop for an agent. When a call is answered by a machine, Revenue Relay waits for the beep, leaves the message and hangs up. When a person answers, the agent starts the conversation as usual.
- Type a message the agent speaks in its own voice
- Or upload your own MP3 or WAV recording
- Recordings are stored privately and shared with the phone service only for playback

Campaign-level control
Each campaign can inherit the agent's setting or override it—use a different message for a reactivation campaign, or turn drops off entirely for a sensitive list.
Clean reporting
Voicemail calls are recorded as voicemails rather than AI-summarized conversations, so connected-call metrics and A/B comparisons stay focused on calls that reached a person.
Detecting voicemail adds a brief pause at the start of each call while the line is checked; agents without voicemail drop skip it. Campaign voicemails still pass the same eligibility checks as any campaign call. Detection is not perfect, and some greetings may be misread.
