Compliance
Built to pass a compliance review.
Written for legal, compliance and IT security. These are the controls Revenue Relay provides — they support your program and don't replace your counsel's review.

Consent & calling controls
The safety is in the architecture.
Consent tiers
Each campaign declares the consent level it needs; records carry evidence, source and timestamp. A label alone isn't proof — evidence is.
Channel-specific opt-outs
Voice, text and email opt-outs are tracked separately. A spoken 'stop calling' is honored on the call and should be recorded before further outreach.
DNC & litigator screening
The gate checks suppression results where a screening provider is connected. Provider connection is part of design-partner onboarding.
Calling windows
Dials are limited to permitted hours in the contact's local time.
State rules & disclosure
Restricted-state limits per campaign; agents are instructed to disclose they're AI within the first 30 seconds.
Audit history
Eligibility snapshots, outcomes and consent changes are written to an append-only log — reconstruct any call.
Security
Controls IT can inspect.
Owner-scoped data
Each workspace's agents, records and calls are isolated by row-level access rules.
Server-side decisions
Eligibility runs on the server; the browser can't skip a check.
Secrets stay server-side
AI and telephony credentials are never sent to the browser.
Humans own commitments
Agents capture needs and preferences; pricing, contracts and bookings stay with your team.
Attestations
Certifications and reports.
Shown here once they're provided. We don't list a certification we can't hand you.
Our position
No legal guarantees — just controls you can show.
Revenue Relay doesn't make a list compliant or create consent. Your team remains responsible for genuine permission and legal review. We'd rather design it with your governance board than surprise them later.
